Q: How can I set up an account?

A: Just send us an e-mail with your full CIVILIAN address (no APO!), a POC, civilian phone number and if possible, an alternative POC with phone number. A mobile phone number is always very helpful!

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping costs cannot be determined as a fixed amount in advance, as they always depend on the volume of the order. However, customers are always informed of the shipping costs beforehand.

Q: How does shipping work?

A: Depending on the size of the order, shipping is by DHL or LTL / truck. Please provide a POC with civilian office phone number AND mobile phone number. The driver will call when arriving at the gate for sign-in / escort to your location.

Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: For on-stock items, orders cleared before noon are typically shipped out the same day. Typical shipping times: within Germany: 1-3 working days, Europe other than Germany: depending on LTL / trucks, usually 4-6 working days).
